Hsiu-Chiung Chiang was born on May 4, 1969 in Taipei, Taiwan. She is a director and writer, known for The Furthest End Awaits (2014), Let the Wind Carry Me (2009) and Hopscotch (2007). She is married to Li Chi Kuo. They have two children.
